LOGAN, Stephen Davies, of Houma, La., formerly of Salem, died Friday, November 24, 1995. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Dandridge Logan. Surviving are his mother, Florence Kime Logan of Salem; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lee L. and John E. Frederick Jr. of Salem and Katharine L. and A. Keith Hucks of Burlington, N.C.; a son, Jon Davies Logan, a nd his fiancee, Lora L. Roemer, both of Houma. Also surviving are a nephew, Sagen A. Shiell, and a niece, Katharine T. Frederick. A private funeral service was conducted by the Rev. Guy A. Ritter on November 28, 1995, in East Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial contributions be made to the Salem Rescue Squad. Arrangements were handled by Lotz Funeral Home, Salem.
